What to Expect During Your Session
Your session will be 60 minutes long and will begin with a conversation to better understand your current energy and areas where you may feel blocked. The more details you provide, the more effectively I can help you release the energy that no longer serves you. This information will allow me to focus on the areas that need the most attention.
During the session, I will use a combination of sound bowls, sage, or Palo Santo (optional, based on personal preference) to prepare you for the energy release. These tools create a calming, grounding environment that helps you let go of what no longer serves you. We will work together to clear energy blockages from each chakra and restore the natural flow of energy through your body.
This space is created to make you feel safe, supported, and comfortable. It’s important that you come into the session feeling relaxed and open to the healing process.
